Shipping policy
At Natures Nest Boxes, all orders are carefully packed and shipped via PACK & SEND Caboolture, a trusted courier service specialising in safe handling of fragile and bulky items.
Please note: all delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier service, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
*Shipping Availability*
Due to the size of our nest boxes, we currently ship to selected Australian states only.
If you're outside our delivery area, you're welcome to contact us to check whether a custom shipping quote may be possible.
1. Processing Time
We always try to keep nest boxes in stock for fast dispatch.
However, during some cases please allow 3–10 business days for production and processing before dispatch. For bulk orders and busy periods please allow up to 3 weeks for production. We will always let you know if your order requires additional time.
Need a nest box by a specific date?
If you require delivery by a particular date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and arrange timely dispatch.
2. Shipping Method
We ship all orders using PACK & SEND Caboolture, ensuring:
- professional packaging for protection
- careful handling of fragile or bulky nest boxes
- tracking and delivery updates
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times below are estimates only and begin after your order has been dispatched:
- QLD: 2–6 business days
- NSW / ACT: 3–9 business days
- VIC : 3–9 business days
Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on courier schedules, distance, and unforeseen circumstances.
5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- a tracking number
- a link to follow your parcel’s journey
If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your name, order number, and photos
We will organise a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
If the courier cannot deliver due to:
- an incorrect address
- missed delivery with no follow-up
- non-collection from a depot
the parcel may be returned to PACK & SEND Caboolture.
Reshipping costs may apply if this occurs.
